Prerequisites
Prior to enrolling in Precision Machining Lab II, you must have completed the specified prerequisites (if you have not taken a prerequisite, you can click on the catalog code link to see a list of upcoming course sections):
Not familiar with machine tools and their operation? Learn to use measuring instruments, lathe,
milling machine, grinders, and drill press. Also covered, time permitting, is layout work. Safe
working practices are enforced. For maximum training, enroll in Precision Machining Lab II
upon completion. Bring safety glasses to first class.
If you have previously taken courses with us, check your Registration History to see if any of your past courses meet the prerequisites.
