Prerequisites
Prior to enrolling in Commercial & Industrial Wiring, you must have completed the specified prerequisites (if you have not taken a prerequisite, you can click on the catalog code link to see a list of upcoming course sections):
Covers basic electrical safety, electrical specific tools, basic meters and testers. Wiring of switches, receptacles, GFCI receptacles, luminaires. Installing electrical panels and circuit breakers, wire sizing and methods, misc. electrical components. Lab activities will include hands on wiring of all devices listed in course description.
