Prior to enrolling in Algebra, you must have completed the specified prerequisites (if you have not taken a prerequisite, you can click on the catalog code link to see a list of upcoming course sections):

Basic Mathematics
Review of basic arithmetic for daily as well as industrial use. Includes addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole and mixed numbers; common fractions and decimals; percentages; ratio and proportion; and an introduction to metrics and the hand-held calculator. Practical industrial and shop problems will be employed.
