Prior to enrolling in Jig & Fixture Design, you must have completed the specified prerequisites (if you have not taken a prerequisite, you can click on the catalog code link to see a list of upcoming course sections):

Drafting 1
Introductory course in interpreting lines, view positions, dimensions, and standards found on prints. Use of drawing tools, simple geometric construction, fundamentals of orthographic construction, use of finish symbols and their application to trade areas. Prerequisite: Blueprint Reading
